Before you bring your horse

A few things to know.

Will my horse share a pasture?

No pasture is shared between different lessees. You can board one horse privately, or arrange for two of your own horses to share the pasture, corral, and shelter. The maximum is two horses per pasture; a second-horse charge applies.

How does feeding work?

Seasonal Bermuda grazing is included. Supplemental alfalfa is available upon request for an additional charge. Grazing availability changes with the season, so forage needs and supplemental feeding arrangements are discussed with each owner.

Can you exercise my horse?

Exercise services are available by arrangement and charged separately. Contact us to discuss your horse’s needs, the type of exercise, and frequency.

Is manure removal included?

Routine manure removal is not included in the pasture boarding package.

Can I visit before deciding?

Yes—contact us to arrange a visit, see the pastures and riding areas, and talk through your horse’s needs and current availability.
